I know this is not a important thread but I was just wondering why is my windows aero cursor not normal. I mean the blue circle that pops up when something is loading or whatever doesnt have a thing moving between it. Say if you took a picture of your aero cursor mine would be like that, the circle doesnt have any animation, but others would. I info or help would be appreciated.
