these "incomplete updates", are they on the computer or on the net during a search for your problem? have you tried a system restore to before the last update so can retry the update downloading?

The updates are on the pc...about 12 of them...my system restore only dates back to july which isnt far enough to correct the problem since it started in may ive. went and deleted everyprogram that was made around that date in may under programs and features..everything on the net comes up without a solution.

i've ran that twice now with no luck..i even tried each one individually trying to "force" them with no luck....i know its not an easy fix but there has to be something that can be done instead of wiping my hard drive back to factory setings
