I think there is something wrong with my laptop. Ever since it was new when I try to copy or move a large file (ex: video, audio) I'm getting annoying pop ups: Windows Explorer has stopped. Windows Explorer is restarting, Then: Runtime Error 231 pop up keeps popping up so I have to restart the laptop. I thought that when I do Format it it will fix the issue but it didn't. The laptop was customized and purchased from Sony a year ago. Sony 16" laptop Intel Core i7 - 2760QM CPU@ 2.4 GHz Win 7 professional 64 bit 8 GB of RAM Does anyone know what's wrong with it? Thanks.
do a scan disk/check for errors on the hard drive to see if have any bad spots on the drive. how many sticks of ram because 2 or more then run 1 stick at a time to see if still gets error or not?
