Hi all, after doing a search I decided to post in this section. Apologies if it is wrong. My laptop which is on vista and my sons on windows 7 are not connecting to the Internet via wifi. Windows diagnostics tell me to input correct security key - which hadn't changed, but I did anyway, no luck. Windows diagnostic on windows 7 advised to unplug everything and then reconnect. Thought it was a problem with the service as both laptops wouldn't connect but I can connect to wifi via iPod touch - which I am now on. Any thoughts on why just the laptops aren't connecting. On hold to my ISP to see if there is a problem they can detect but could be on hold for a while yet. Thanks.

The problem has been solved, I jumped the gun posting here before I had exhausted my own feeble efforts. Thanks.
