I have a simple question, is the xFAT filesystem the same as the exFAT file system?

The question pertains to xbox 360's but is more of a PC technical question, hence why it is posted here.

    Anyone know?

    Regards

That doesn't even answer my question.

But problem solved, xFAT is NOT the same as exFAT.
xFAT is customized and has higher security and is not really available for use anywhere.
