? on running programs

I was reading another thread about running 2 anti-virus programs at the same time. But at least for me I run Vipre and SpywareTerminator and both seem to run good together at the same time.... What do you guys think, should i just run 1 or is it okay to run these 2

Are you running Spyware Terminator as only anti-spyware or anti-virus too?

Spyterm is fine it's a lot stronger if you enable HIPS,If you have also let it incorporate clamwin it would be best to remove vipre assuming it's an antivirus program there's little point running two antivirus softwares,personally i'd use clamwin separate of spyterminator but that's just me
