Hey everyone, my computer is running real slow lately. Websites get redirected to random webpages, a malicious anti-virus program tries to get me to install it on my computer, and I've also gotten the BSOD. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Anyone have any suggestions? Apologies for being a pain but I'd rather not want to lose my documents/files
run malwarebytes antimalware in safe mode or kaspersky av in safe mode. check that your DNS settings in network adapters->*wireless or local area network-the one you use* ->properties->tcp/ip v4 look for the dns servers setting and set to a known good one if you need to. google search will provide some dns server addresses if you need it. to be on the safe side, you might want to start to backup your documents, etc.
