Spyware protection virus how to remove?

Suspended due non-functional email address
I got this rouge virus on my computer and it wont let me open up any windows or any programs. How do I remove it now that i cant open up any other windows? it wont let me open the task manager!! omfg

got to find the virus on the computer and deleted it.can try running in safe mode.worst comes to worse may have to reformat.same thing happened to me a few years ago and had to reformat.
R.I.P. mr 1990 ford falcon.got myself a 1993 toyota corolla seems to run good.computers still going good.

try going into administrator safemode to do a system restore to before you got the malware.
