Is there an add-on for internet explorer (or any other web browser) that will allow you to refresh pages automatically. like you could type http://www.afterdawn.com in your url and it would show the page normally, but if you typed refresh60.http://www.afterdawn.com in your url it would refresh every 60 seconds. this would be useful for forum browsers who are waiting for someone to answer their question and they don't want to keep pressing refresh over and over, like me.
