Bandwidth Monitoring

I need a program for Win 7 (64 bit optional) that will monitor my network and internet bandwidth, and impose an adjustable cap. My ISP gives me a monthy bandwidth cap, and I would like to regulate my daily traffic so I don't go over before the end of the month.

Look into netlimiter pro. If you could make do with bandwidth limits in certain programs, a lot of clients have a quota you can set. also, there is a network meter gadget at http://addgadget.com
