Hi I'm looking through this list of Batch Youtube downloaders over on Cnet. I've learned the hard way on my old PC it's bad idea to install and remove a dozen programs just to test them out. Also with the user reviews, one person can say the program is crap and you have no idea of knowing if they're right or just trollls/idiots. So I thought I would ask for suggestions here before installing anyting.

I installed 'GetGo' and it works great but it automatically downloads the FLV version of the video as opposed to the mp4 which I find superior as it expands in size better then .flv. I've read the description of other programs, such as 'YoutubeBatchDownlaoder' which says you can convert to any format but doesn't say if you can download the source .mp4 directly.

So I'm looking for a batch down-loader that:

A) lets me baych download youtube videos
B) is free
C) let's me set which format to download.

Is anyone familiar with a program they could recommend?
