#1 24 Aug 2011 @ 10:36
Hi

I'm trying to install a Blackmagic UltraStudio Pro and i'm getting a code 10 error message in device manager

Now I've brought the BM its quite clear their are warnings everywhere about compatible chipsets etc

Has anyone been able to crack this i'm getting a "USB Bandwidth Exceeded" message on install which is rubbish as its using only 10%

The host laptop is a custom build Cleve Co PM55, intel Core i7 X940 2.13Ghz

Any help especially a work around would be much appreciated

Cheers

Requires a computer with onboard USB 3.0, or a USB 3.0 PCI Express 2.0 card. Does not support USB 2.0 capture and playback. Please check the Support pages to see the full system requirements.
