What I'm wanting to do is burn an audio cd (yeah my car still only has a cd player) from MP3 source files that can also include the original MP3 files if there's enough room left on the cd after the tracks are written.

I swear I used to have software that did this, in fact I think it was just a checkbox that said something like 'include mp3s on disk (if space available)'. Does anyone know a good mp3 to audio cd burning software that will do this automatically?

no and thrice no.. what you have to do is make a folder with cda files and then add the mp3 files.. then burn as data disk.. 50/50 it won't play as the cd player will see it as corrupt
