The PDF format by definition does not allow you to make changes to the file. If you happen to have the Pro Version of Adobe's Acrobat software you can start to edit.
One POSSIBLE solution is to see if you can select portions of the document and cut and paste to a WORD document. If you try to select an area and you get the whole form, you are pretty much out of luck.. then you need to go back to Daves suggestion of finding it on another forum that DOES allow for changes.
Also, you may try this tutorial about how to convert PDF files to Word (doc) . Once they're converted, you can open the files Microsoft Word or a compatible word processor.
Hope it can do you a favor.

Try Infix PDF editor to fill in PDF form directly within PDF file, or use a professional PDF converter to convert pdf to editable word. Because pdf to word conversion is easy to wreck the layout and content of original file, thus I strongly recommend you make use of a professional software.

A lot of the PDF to DOC converters will either destroy the formatting of the original document or it would preserve the formatting but make everything inconvenient by making everything text boxes.

If you have adobe acrobat installed use the typewriter tool or the form wizard to fill out the data within the PDF.

I heard PDFescape.com is pretty good as well as free however I have never used it.

convert pdf 2 word

I have try it it was more than good and u can find it here.

PDFs are great documents for lots of things, but one thing they are not so good at is editing. If you have a PDF that you would like to modify or change, dont worry. A PDF converter like PDF2Word will help you get the job done.

PDF2Word isnt a looker and doesnt have much in the way of support documentation - its all online.
Luckily, its an easy program to use. You select File > Open and add the file or files you want to convert - the program can also handle batch operations.

The PDF2Word preferences window automatically.
