Com Surrogate stopped working

    hey guys, im win 7 64 bit user. So usualy i got a edited by ddp error "Com Surrogate stopped to working".
    How can i fix that ? what can i do ? i tried everthing from google, but it doesnt work.
    Plz can any1 help me ?
