Dban downloading

I want to use dban to wippe out hard drive, I downloaded it, but cannot open the files. Do you download it and save to computer, or will it download directly to cd. Do you need a program to open it?

I have it downloaded, got to open with winzip, but on dban site it says you have to open ISO files,there isnt iso files in the zipfiles.
