I am trying to get TVersity working smoothly for my LG LD790 TV, but first I have to get the "Device ID"?

I have been looking at various posts about it, and have so far only got TVersity running in "-debug" mode, and that's it.

People keep saying about getting the Device ID from the log file but completely fail to say where this log file is.

I have looked at every log file that exists within all the TVersity folders on my PC (ProgramData etc), and they all stay at 0 bytes - it is driving me completely mad!!!!

Does anyone know of a definitive guide in obtaining the Device ID for your devices instead of just guides that are about as informative as a chinese takeaway menu?

Sorry for the rant, but I hate wasting my time.

Once I get this sussed, I myself will write a guide, and thus completely own my own piece of rare internet information... LOL.
