If all rar are in the same directory it should auto-extract

If you can see a rar file with no numbers that is the file to start extracting from.
if only numbers start from rar.01
To make life easyer in folder options untick hide file extensions for known file types.
you can either open it by double clicking with left mouse or right click it and drag to where / what you want to do with it.
