Help with an old version of ZoneAlarm.

I'm using ZoneAlarm Version 4.5.594.000.
I thought that I had finally found a firewall for Windows Me that can block out unwanted cheaters from my gaming server, but now the only problem for me's that I don't know how to add their IP to an untrusted list. It only gives me the option to put them onto a trust list from what I'm seeing, which doesn't make any sense to me. Why have trusted but not have an untrusted list for. Here's a screen to show you all what I'm talking about.
How can this problem be fixed, or if it can't, is there a version of ZoneAlarm that can, that's compatible with Windows Me, because they would've have had to make one that lets you put IPs into an untrusted list, in my opinion, but I'm having an impossible time with all of this, because I know nothing of the subject.
Also, is ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro the same, because people have been telling me about one and then the other and I'm having a hard time with it all, so here I am.
