IncrediMail Plus problem

    I've purchased IncrediMail Plus but it just won't work. I can't send and receive any mail. When trying to send a message it disappears as it was sent but nothing even shows up in Sent items. I've disabled the Firewall but it doesn't help.
    Sony Vaio laptop
    OS - 64bit win 7
    Processor - inter core i7 276QM
    RAM - 8 GB
    Any ideas what's wrong? Thanks.

    Can you return it for a refund? Is there an IncrediMail support page for help?

    I am not really familiar with this program. I use Mozilla ThunderBird. Free and simple to use. Give it a try.
