I downloaded a free trial of microsoft office today and used their product key and when i click anything to open in office(word, excel, etc) i just get the hourglass for about a second then nothing comes up. If i click powerpoint i get the hourglass and then before PP even open i get the error message that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Any ideas? I need this for a school project i have to do.
