monitoring bandwidth

    I need a good program to track my downloads and up loads. I have only 3gig per month. I was looking at AnalogX Netstat Live. But would like to know if anyone has used it, or knows of something better??

    Looking for one myself so can't recommend any but Networx sounds good plus their forum looks helpful.
