mounting files are usually only to play them on a computer.to mount a file download daemon tools lite (its free) once in daemon tools you have to click on the iso file and click mount.
to copy files to a cd.use a burning program and copy them as data files.

i have the big screen tv,a ps3 and 5.1 channel surround sound.car still runs smooth and computer still works but its a bit outdated.

Daemon tools lite is a good tool to use, another good free one is virtual clone drive, available here: http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html.
IMG burn is also a great free burning program for burning ISO's to disc.
