    Please help!

We brought a new laptop last week (toshiba c650 seris)

It works fine except...... when we plug in a memory stick to the usb port

It recognises the stick, installs it, and opens up the quick run menu as normal, but this is where it goes wrong. You can see the files on the stick (it has the icons), but if you try to open any of them it either crahes and says not reponding, or it just says file no longer exists!

If you put the stick in any other computer it works fine, so they are there and working!

Please help, is this a windows 7 issue? or something to do with the usb drive reading and opening!
Please help as its quite important with a laptop that we can use memory sticks!

    Thank You
