Hi can anyone help I am not a computer buff just an oap with limited knowledge. I had an earlier version of the above programme installed in windows xp which would burn avi files in the TS folder . Since getting new laptop windows 7, pre installed with the above it will not recognise avi files in the file type window it only shows vop, ifo and bup files. I have contacted NTI but they have not had the courtesy to reply so therefore I do not know where to go next.

Any help would be appreciated.
