I just installed Windows 7 and like it a lot. But, there is now Outlook Express of any kind which is weird and wondered why and is there one that I can download to use with Windows 7?

For Windows 7, you will need to use Windows Live Mail as they no longer offer Outlook Express. Here's the link.

Of course, you can always use a 3rd party client, but this is Microsoft's solution. I think for legal reasons they no longer include it and make you download it separately.
