Password prompt on WinRAR and 7Zip

I am trying to convert a .rar file to a video file. I tried using the trial version of both WINRAR and 7zip but got prompted for a password.
I dont know what the password is. How do I bypass this or does anyone know a generic password for trial versions?
Also, is it the movie password that is wrong or is it a problem with the .rar file? Any thoughts?
