So...recently my mother in law came to me with a printing software problem and I'm not sure what the best method to fix this would be. She has a dell laptop with vista office edition and she is wanting to install software from a disc for an hp deskjet scanner/printer. The problem is the software is only compatible with windows 2000/windowsxp. Can anyone help me on the best method of action to get around this problem. Thanks.
