i have gone through the uninstall processes for the printshop 15 and it still shows up on my add/remove list. i did the standard uninstall and it gave me an error. its an old version and i no longer have the disk. i went through the system files and deleted that way and it still shows in add/remove. i also have the same problem with avg 9. going thru the standard procedure i get an error message. i went the program files and it still exists in add/remove. these programs tax my machines performance and i would really like them gone. can anyone help. note: i have also used ccleaner's uninstall method and it didnt work.
Consider this article. After manually removing the program's files (which you already did) you might also want to try some cleaner programs to remove any other registry values created by the program.
