hi im new 2 the forum but i need some help i use tata wireless mobile broadband which gives me 3.1 mbps , i have been using it since 2 years , just a 4 days before i upgraded my modem of the same isp , earlier i used to get 150-250kbps of torrent download speed but its downloading at 10kbps , but i get a very good speed (120kbps) when i download from normal sites , please someone help me.
Assuming it's a modem/router, if port forwarding hasn't been setup in the router it will slow speeds. If you use uTorrent, I think Options > Setup Guide > Run Tests will let you know if port forwarding is on.
