Windows Live Messenger & Plus Problems

    I'm using WLM Version 14.0.8117.416 & WLM Plus Version 4.84.0.382.
    Messenger is installed fine, but its as if Plus isn't even there.

    Anyone have a solution to this ?
    I've tried various things, including removing everything to do with WLM, trying a different version of plus & a different version of WLM.

    I'm on dial up so i'm getting a bit fed up of having to download the files needed all the time.

    Any help is appreciated.
