   I can play .mbv files with Windows Media Player on my PC running XP but on my Netbook running Windows 7 Starter, Media Player won't open the files. .mbv files were created by my JVC camcorder. How can I fix the Netbook player?

   check to see the windows 7 codec pack is installed on your netbook.
