I am installing windows vista from a legit disc from windows onto my dell that has a new motherboard, so there is no OS on it. It had vista on it before the new mobo. Anyway, when i put the disc in and start up the computer, i get the "Windows is loading files..." screen and then it goes to this screen and stops here forever... and ever...

What is going on? Why isn't it going any further. Thanks in advance for your replies.

ok so i may have found the problem... I'm getting a new hardrive because my old one might have gotten blown up in past experiences with my mother board and power supply... But the problem was that the hard drive wasn't detected by and SATA port so i'll see if it works with the new one.
