windows vista problem?

    Hi All...ok so my dell computer,only 4 months old,when plugged in says "plugged in , not charging". I thought it was a dell problem, but someone told me that it is a windows vista issue. can anyone here help me with this? not sure what to do...thx..mscrosity

    You should have access to Dell support. You can call them and they will walk you through, step-by-step, how to fix this.
