Install Football Manager 2010 on a work pc

Hi,
I would like to install fm2010 on my work pc but i dont have administrator rights. I have copied the game in its entirety from the program files from my C drive at home on to a flash drive. but it still wont load saying it cannot find the disc. I dont want to take the disc into work as i want it at home as well.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way round this please, i would really appreciate it.
