Hi i have hamachi and i got my sever up running.
How do i change stuff in the sever.
I want to

Remove pking every were except wildy.
How to make npc and make them talk.
How to make shops.
How to pick what the player starts with.
And one last thing how do i make a menu that can change gender and look.
And is there any sever that is like the real runescape can anybody post a link if there is.
