Idea on how to stop the constant spam!!

I just thought of a idea that maybe one of the mods might be able to put in effect in order to stop the constant spam(or at least slow it down a little). Maybe one of you can make it so only members that have reached junior member/member status can post links on here. Or maybe even make it where newbies can not post links for at least 30/60 days. This way the spammers see that their posts are not able to be posted and they move along to a different site. Just a quick thought
