Well folks, I can safely say that I will be abandoning this software for good.
After asking another question as politely as possible from dear old Matt, I get a response like this...

b8375629 - what's the deal with the chip on your shoulder? Rudeness is not tolerated here. That and the language gives you a week vacation.
