you do not meet critera????

    Bought medal of honour for the xbox 360 and ive tried to go online with it in multiplayer mode but when i try to connect i get this message,"unable to create account,you do not meet the criteria to do so",?????
    I have made sure my settings in my xbox are all adjusted for 18 rated games,it plays black ops online no problem,but am i looking in the wrong place.

    Its driving me mad this.

    Help appreciated everyone.???
