3DS R4 error help

HI
I'm a newbie to this forum and 3DS
I bought my daughter a 3DS and my
wife recently bought her an R4 card
that came with 100s of games.
everything worked fine until last night.
It all worked fine until last night
when the 3DS did some sort of update.
Now it comes up with " An error has
occurred Press and hold the POWER Button
to turn the system off" etc. Help.

Hi! I bought my little girl a R4 SDHC card. I have watched dozens of utube videos, and downloaded a bunch of stuff, but when I put my r4 card in my ds, it is a white screen, with a red box that says menu? I have a 8gb and a 4gb card. I also got the screen that says error? Please can anyone help me?

 

unfortunately, you need to format it and that will delete everything off of it. everytime you put your microSD card in the computer, make a folder on the desktop backing everything up, saves, games etc.
