Can anyone tell me if there is a fix for Nintendo 3ds screen freeze. When I turn on console it boots up normally but the wii app is highlighted and I cant move to any other app. If I boot up with a game in the console the game will load and ask me to press button "A",if I want to continue from where I last finished. After pressing "A" button nothing happens no matter how many times I press it. The console is only 6 months old and I don't want to send it back if there is a simple fix available
