Acekard 2i AKAIO 1.6 RC2 Crashes

Hey guys, I bought my AK2i back in October 2009 from DealExtreme. Recently, all games crash after 2 minutes of use, even though I use the Panasonic formatter AKAIO team recommends. What do you guys think is the problem?

I formatted yesterday and no luck. Any specific settings on how to format? Or is the problem with my Kingston 8GB class 4 card or the AK2i.

Thanks Mickoz74, but what brand do you suggest and what class speed should I buy for the card.
