My daughter has been using her acekard 2i without any problems.Unfortunately she had a so called "friend" round who took it and we presume, tried it on her nds (not ndsi) when she got home.

She then phoned and said she'd found it lol.Anyway, surprise surprise, it now doesn't work on my daughter's dsi.

Is there any way of resetting the ak2i or fixing it?

There is nothing that will harm the Acekard by using it on Normal DS, most people run the Acekard2i on a NDS anyhow.

When you say it doesn't work, what exactly is happening, or isnt happening as the case may be.

Did you update the firmware on your DSi to 1.4 while the card was missing?

No, when I turn the dsi on, the johnny neutro or whatever it was logo has gone and if you touch the "start" screen it comes up with "An error has occurred.Press and hold the POWER Button to turn system off."

Strange, so you have no logo come up at all?

    All i can suggest is

Check the acekard & SD Card are both securely inplace,
Check the gold coloured pins on the card are clean nothing causing it to not connect

Sounds as if it may have been damaged.

Can you try it on another DSi or DS lite.
