Acekard 2i questions about program

I am running akaio 1.5.1 and have ak2loader.nds newest one on there, none of the games got past the loading screen loading stayed blue ( i think this is patching) i selected start and system options and changed set file list type from nds to all this might not have anything to do with it. now i can see all files now all the games load, the loading word goes blue then green and roms load, what is happening why did this happen lol, i have no idea im a DSTTI man going over to acekard.
