How do i type in cheat codes into my DS? thanks in advance,

What (if any) flashcart are you using? If you're using one of them to play games then it should have a cheat-code function built in. How to use it is dependent on what cart you have.\

If you aren't using a flashcart then you need an action replay device to use cheatcodes with an official game.
