Actually you cannot it's a mess to do you have to use a cheat and a ugly piece of hacker software. Let me explain the 3DS only play's movies that are 20 sec in length which meants you have to convert the video into parts part 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and so on and watch each individual video piece by piece not really a good idea the hack uses the photo channel on the 3ds to play video it's the only way to play video
