DS Lite, loses memory?

    Wondering if anyone can help me out with a DS Lite that keeps losing it's memory? When it starts it asks you to run the set up (inputting your name, date, etc.) and then it forces a restart. I start it right back up and it asks again. It's just a vicious loop. Can anyone point me in the right direction? What's wrong with it, and how can I fix it?

    Probably bad logic board. Replace the logic board, send in for repair, or replace the NDS.
