my son got angry with his dsi and stabbed the screen with the stylus resulting in the touch screen not working anymore i have purchased and replaced the lower touch screen with a new one but still the touch screen doesnt work everything works on the dsi but the touch screen i have tried to re calibrate it without any luck can anyone help ?
are all the ribbon cables connected properly, if they are slightly out of the connector they will not work, remove and replace the touch screen ribbon, from the locking connector on the motherboard. hopefully you did not damage the connector, fiddly job i have done a few recently.
