Dsi XL screen and buttons not working

    Hi, my daughters dsi xl is not working... it powers on and both screen start up as normal, but..
    there are no lights lit up for power/charging/wifi
    the only buttons that seen to be working are the L and R camera but only for 1 time then no buttons seems to do anything....and also when started up any button will take u off the first screen but then none of them work...
    the screen does not move at all either....

    has anyone else had this problem... does anyone know if it's an easy fix...
