Having trouble with one of my R4i 3ds gold

I'm having trouble with one of my R4i 3ds gold cards.

My problem is that My games keep sticking at the loading screen on one of the R4i cards. I took out the SD card with the games from that one R4i 3ds card and put it in the other R4i 3ds card and the games play fine.
I know the r4i card is just an adapter but do you guys know what could be the problem ?

try to reflash your r4igold 3ds.
use the update patch and a ds console, see if the problem solved.
